JOB Description: Accounts Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Accounts and Finance Manager to lead accounting and finance functions of manufacturing Industry based in Village Rohad, Sampla, Haryana. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Accounting:

– Oversee financial statement preparation, including Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Accounts, and Cash Flow Statements.

– Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations.

2. Financial Planning and Analysis:

– Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.

– Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support business decision-making.

3. GST, PF, and ESI Compliance:

– Manage GST, PF, and ESI registration, returns, and payments.

– Ensure accurate calculation and payment of GST, PF, and ESI liabilities.

4. Financial Reporting and Compliance:

– Prepare and submit financial reports to management and regulatory bodies.

– Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including tax laws and company laws.

5. Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll:

– Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll operations.

– Ensure accurate and timely payment of taxes, including income tax and other statutory dues.

6. Audit and Risk Management:

– Coordinate with auditors during financial audits.

– Identify and mitigate financial risks to ensure business continuity.

7. Team Management:

– Lead and manage a team of accounting and finance professionals.

– Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

1. Qualifications:

– CA/ICWA/M.Com or equivalent.

2. Experience:

– Minimum 5-7 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a similar industry.

3. Skills:

– Strong knowledge of accounting principles, laws, and regulations, including GST, PF, and ESI.

– Proficient in accounting software, such as Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP.

– Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

– Ability to lead and manage a team.
