Job Description – Accounts Head in Rohtak

We are hiring an experienced Accounts Head for a well-established manufacturing company in Rohtak near Hisar Bypass. The ideal candidate should have 7–8 years of hands-on experience in the accounts department of a manufacturing industry and strong command over accounting, taxation, and compliance processes.

This role requires leadership skills to manage the complete accounting function and ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations for the manufacturing unit

• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax returns, and statutory compliances

• Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts

• Prepare balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash flow reports

• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants

• Monitor costing, inventory accounting, and MIS reports

• Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies

• Supervise and guide the accounts team

Required Skills & Experience

• 7–8 years of experience in Accounts Department (Manufacturing Industry mandatory)

• Strong knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Compliance

• Experience in factory accounting, inventory, and costing

• Good understanding of financial reporting and audits

• Leadership and team-handling skills
