Accountant Assistant job in Narela Industrial Area

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant Assistant to join in Narela Industrial Area. The candidate should have excellent working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel along with a strong understanding of basic accounting principles. The role involves handling day-to-day accounts, preparing reports, and assisting the senior accountant in financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting entries in Tally Prime.
• Prepare and maintain purchase, sales, cash, and bank records.
• Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other tax-related documents.
• Reconcile bank statements and ledgers.
• Maintain Excel-based reports for management review.
• Coordinate with vendors and clients for payment follow-ups.
• Support in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist in generating invoices, bills, and credit notes.

Key Requirements:

• More than 2 years of experience in accounting.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Tables, Formulas).
• Good understanding of accounting principles and taxation basics.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail.
