Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, service, and maintain electrical equipment and systems
- Diagnose electrical faults and perform effective troubleshooting
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment
- Visit customer locations for equipment installation, servicing, repair, and technical support
- Test electrical components and ensure proper functioning of equipment
- Handle wiring, connections, testing, and commissioning as required
- Maintain service reports, maintenance records, and documentation
- Coordinate with customers to understand technical issues and provide suitable solutions
- Follow electrical safety procedures and company guidelines during service activities
- Support the technical team in resolving complex electrical problems
- Ensure timely completion of assigned service and maintenance work
