Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain company data accurately in computer systems and databases
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as required by management
- Maintain and organize records, documents, spreadsheets, and data files
- Collect data from different departments and consolidate it into accurate reports
- Monitor data for errors, discrepancies, and missing information and make necessary corrections
- Generate Excel reports and provide data-related support to the management team
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely submission of reports
- Coordinate with internal departments for data collection and verification
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned tasks
- Perform other MIS and data entry-related duties as assigned by the management
