We are looking for an experienced and responsible Packing Supervisor to manage and supervise packing operations at manufacturing unit based in Old Industrial Area, Bahadurgarh, Haryana. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in packing supervision, with good knowledge of packing processes, manpower handling, quality standards, and production coordination. This is a male-only position with 1 vacancy.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary School (12th Pass)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in packing or production operations.
- Good knowledge of packing procedures, materials, and workplace safety practices
- Ability to supervise and manage packing staff effectively
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain packing records and coordinate with production and quality teams
- Willingness to work according to production schedules and company requirements
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily packing operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Manage and allocate work to packing staff according to production requirements
- Monitor packing quality, quantity, and productivity to meet daily targets
- Ensure products are packed correctly according to company specifications and standards
- Check the availability and proper usage of packing materials
- Minimize material wastage and maintain efficient packing operations
- Coordinate with the Production, Quality, Store, and Dispatch teams for smooth operations
- Monitor manpower attendance, performance, and work discipline
- Ensure proper labeling, counting, sealing, and packaging of finished products
- Maintain daily packing reports, production records, and other required documentation
- Identify and resolve routine packing-related issues on the shop floor
- Ensure workers follow company safety, hygiene, and operational guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the packing area
- Report production, quality, manpower, and material-related issues to the concerned senior
- Ensure timely completion of packing targets as per the production schedule
