We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager with extensive experience in Zoho ERP, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and Zoho Analytics to lead the digital transformation initiatives of Manufacturing Industry based in Village Gandhra, near Sampla Haryana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and managing the Zoho ecosystem while streamlining business processes across Finance, Sales, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, and HR.

This role requires a hands-on professional with expertise in ERP implementation, workflow automation, custom application development, business intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, customization, and ongoing management of Zoho ERP, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, and related Zoho applications.
• Design, develop, and optimize custom applications, workflows, forms, and automation solutions using Zoho Creator.
• Create interactive dashboards, MIS reports, KPIs, and business insights using Zoho Analytics.
• Automate business processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver end-user training across departments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technology solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, application security, system performance, and compliance across the Zoho ecosystem.
• Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems using APIs and automation tools where required.
• Coordinate with Zoho support and external vendors to resolve technical issues and implement enhancements.
• Monitor system performance, recommend improvements, and drive continuous process optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of hands-on experience with Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics, and other Zoho applications.
• Proven experience implementing and managing Zoho ERP solutions.
• Strong expertise in Zoho Creator development, Deluge scripting, workflow automation, and custom application development.
• Experience creating dashboards, MIS reports, and business intelligence solutions using Zoho Analytics.
• Solid understanding of business processes including:

• Knowledge of API integrations, data migration, and system administration is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Zoho certifications are an added advantage.
• Experience in ERP implementation, business process optimization, and digital transformation projects.
• Familiarity with cloud-based business applications and enterprise software integrations.
