We are looking for an experienced Floor Supervisor to join in Bahadurgarh, Haryana. The ideal candidate must have 2 years of experience in EVA or Footwear Manufacturing Industries and possess strong knowledge of Production, Quality, and Packing processes. This role requires effective supervision of shop floor activities, workforce management, and ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in EVA or Footwear Manufacturing Industries.
• Strong knowledge of Production, Quality Control, and Packing operations.
• Experience in supervising shop floor activities and managing production teams.
• Ability to achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, workflow planning, and material handling.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices and factory discipline.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prepare production reports and coordinate with different departments.
• Willingness to work in shifts whenever required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities on the manufacturing floor.
• Ensure production targets are achieved within the scheduled timelines.
• Monitor and maintain product quality as per company standards.
• Oversee packing operations to ensure proper packaging and timely dispatch.
• Allocate work to production staff and monitor their performance.
• Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and packing teams for smooth operations.
• Identify production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines, quality procedures, and company policies.
• Maintain production records, shift reports, and daily operational documentation.
• Train and guide workers on standard operating procedures and quality requirements.
• Monitor material usage and report shortages or production concerns to management.
• Maintain housekeeping, discipline, and efficiency across the production floor.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
