Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of dispatch planning, inventory movement, and transportation management.
• Experience in coordinating with production, warehouse, and logistics teams.
• Good understanding of ERP systems, MS Excel, and dispatch documentation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple dispatch schedules efficiently.
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance related to dispatch operations.
• Problem-solving mindset with excellent organizational skills.
• Willingness to work from Bahadurgarh, Haryana.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dispatch operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Plan and monitor dispatch schedules based on production and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, sales, and transport teams for smooth dispatch activities.
• Ensure all dispatch documents, invoices, e-way bills, and transport records are accurate and complete.
• Monitor vehicle loading, shipment tracking, and delivery status.
• Maintain dispatch reports and inventory movement records.
• Optimize dispatch processes to improve efficiency and reduce transportation delays.
• Supervise and guide the dispatch team to achieve operational targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and statutory regulations.
• Resolve dispatch-related issues and coordinate with transport vendors for smooth operations.
• Monitor dispatch performance and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
• Maintain high standards of customer service by ensuring on-time order fulfillment.
