We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Inventory Executive to join the manufacturing unit Based in Old Industrial Area, Bahadurgarh, Haryana. The ideal candidate should have 2 years of experience in inventory management, stock control, and warehouse operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy in maintaining inventory records, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth inventory operations.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management.
- Good knowledge of inventory control procedures and stock management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software/ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to maintain accurate inventory records with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety and inventory best practices.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movements, and warehouse transactions.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of inventory.
- Conduct regular stock verification and physical inventory audits.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams for inventory planning.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Identify inventory discrepancies and resolve stock-related issues promptly.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory items.
- Maintain documentation for inward and outward stock movements.
- Follow company policies and inventory control procedures to minimize stock losses.
- Support management with inventory analysis and process improvement initiatives.
