We are hiring an experienced Electronics Technician for the manufacturing unit based in MIE Part B, Bahadurgarh, Haryana. The ideal candidate should have 2 years of experience in electronics repair, PCB circuit troubleshooting, testing, soldering, and maintenance of electronic equipment. Candidates must have strong knowledge of printed circuit boards (PCB), electronic components, circuit diagrams, and testing instruments. Requirements
- Graduate in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as an Electronics Technician.
- Strong knowledge of PCB circuits, PCB assembly, PCB troubleshooting, and PCB repair.
- Ability to identify and replace faulty electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, ICs, transistors, diodes, relays, and connectors.
- Experience in component-level diagnosis and repair of electronic circuit boards.
- Proficiency in soldering, desoldering, and rework of through-hole and SMD components.
- Ability to read and interpret PCB layouts, electronic schematics, wiring diagrams, and circuit drawings.
- Hands-on experience with testing instruments such as digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, clamp meters, LCR meters, and power supplies.
- Knowledge of analog and digital electronics, power electronics, and control circuits.
- Understanding of electronic safety standards, ESD protection, and preventive maintenance practices.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electronic equipment and PCB circuit boards.
- Perform component-level repair of PCBs by identifying defective components and replacing them accurately.
- Assemble, test, inspect, and verify PCB assemblies according to technical specifications.
- Read and interpret electronic circuit diagrams, PCB layouts, and technical documentation.
- Conduct functional testing of electronic products using appropriate testing equipment.
- Perform soldering, desoldering, PCB rework, and replacement of SMD and through-hole components.
- Identify root causes of electronic failures and implement effective corrective actions.
- Carry out preventive maintenance to ensure reliable operation of electronic systems.
- Maintain records of repairs, testing results, and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve electronics-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, ESD guidelines, and workplace safety procedures.
- Maintain tools, testing equipment, and workstations in good working condition.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
Preferred Skills
- Strong knowledge of PCB circuit analysis and electronic fault finding.
- Experience with electronic manufacturing, PCB testing, and quality inspection.
- Familiarity with microcontroller-based circuits, SMPS, power supplies, and embedded electronic systems is an advantage.
