We are hiring a Telecaller to join in MIE Part B, Bahadurgarh, Haryana. We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Female Telecaller with at least 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build positive relationships with clients over the phone.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support Executive, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of Hindi and basic English.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally and politely.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and data entry.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Explain company products and services effectively to customers.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call details.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and performance targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Prepare and update reports related to calling activities and customer feedback.
