Requirements for this job role:

• Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Accountant.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and taxation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally or ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounting tasks within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documents.
• Prepare and record daily accounting transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain ledger accounts.
• Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance records.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Generate invoices, payment vouchers, and financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow and support budgeting activities.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and company records.
