We are hiring a dedicated and professional Female Executive Assistant (EA) to join in Sec. 16, Bahadurgarh, Haryana. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience and strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Candidates with previous experience as an MIS Executive or Executive Assistant will be given preference. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and reporting skills to support senior management in daily operations and administrative tasks.

- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, reports, and data management
- Previous experience as MIS Executive or Executive Assistant will be preferred

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and executive support to senior management
- Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, Excel sheets, and business data records
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Draft emails, letters, reports, and other business documents
- Maintain confidential files, records, and company documentation
- Monitor daily tasks and ensure timely completion of assigned activities
- Generate reports, presentations, and data analysis using Excel
- Handle communication, follow-ups, and correspondence on behalf of management
- Assist in office operations and process improvements
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation
- Support management in decision-making through timely reporting and analysis
