We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join the footwear manufacturing unit in Bahadurgarh, Haryana. The ideal candidate should have 7 years of experience in HR Management, with their most recent experience in the Footwear Industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing all core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and workforce planning. This position is ideal for a proactive HR professional who can support organizational growth while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
- Graduate degree from a recognized university.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resource Management.
- Recent work experience in the Footwear Industry is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee retention strategies.
- Good understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies.
- Experience in handling workforce management in manufacturing environments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to resolve employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes for various departments.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement programs.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, training, and development activities.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is updated and compliant.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and coordination of payroll-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance resolution.
- Conduct performance management and appraisal processes.
- Support manpower planning and workforce optimization initiatives.
- Coordinate training programs to improve employee skills and productivity.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS reports, and workforce analytics for management review.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and support employee welfare initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.
