Requirements
- Female candidate preferred
- Minimum qualification: Graduate
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Tender Executive or similar role
- Good knowledge of government tender portals like GeM, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, CPP Portal, etc.
- Understanding of online bidding and tender submission process
- Basic knowledge of documentation, quotations, and vendor registration
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Computer proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email handling
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant government and private tenders online
- Handle complete tender submission process on portals like GeM, IndiaMART, and TradeIndia
- Prepare tender documents, quotations, and required attachments
- Coordinate with internal departments for pricing, technical details, and approvals
- Maintain tender records, documentation, and follow-up activities
- Monitor tender deadlines and ensure timely submissions
- Communicate with clients and authorities regarding tender-related queries
- Update company profiles and product listings on online portals
