Requirements
- Female candidate preferred
- Minimum qualification: Graduate
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Office Coordination, Quality Department, or Lab Operations
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Advance knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and office documentation
- Ability to maintain reports and records accurately
- Knowledge of quality documentation and lab procedures will be preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a professional industrial environment
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily office and departmental activities efficiently
- Maintain quality and laboratory records, reports, and documentation
- Prepare and update inspection reports, test records, and data sheets
- Assist the Quality and Lab team in documentation management
- Handle filing, data entry, and report preparation work
- Coordinate with production and quality departments for smooth workflow
- Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing documents
- Ensure all reports and files are updated and properly organized
- Support internal quality audits and compliance activities
- Monitor office supplies and departmental administrative requirements
- Maintain confidentiality of company documents and records
- Assist senior staff in day-to-day coordination and communication tasks
