Requirements
- Diploma holder in Mechanical, Chemical, Production, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lab Assistant in Industrial Gaskets and Sealing Solutions Industry
- Knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and quality standards
- Ability to handle testing instruments and measuring equipment
- Understanding of raw material inspection and finished goods testing
- Basic knowledge of industrial rubber, gasket materials, and sealing products
- Good documentation and reporting skills

Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory testing and inspection of industrial gaskets and sealing products
- Maintain testing records, reports, and quality documentation
- Conduct raw material and finished product quality checks
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and testing instruments
- Assist the Quality Control team in daily lab activities
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety guidelines
- Identify defects and report quality issues to senior management
