Requirements
- Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting and finance
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping, ledger management, and journal entries
- Experience in GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
- Strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes
- Ability to prepare financial statements and MIS reports
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation and invoice processing
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records
- Maintain purchase, sales, expense, and payment entries
- Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, and bills
- Handle GST filing, TDS calculations, and tax-related documentation
- Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning activities
- Support internal audits and ensure compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with management regarding financial updates and reporting
- Ensure accurate record keeping and timely completion of accounting tasks
