Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Production Supervisor
- Must have hands-on experience in EVA production in footwear manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of production planning and shop floor management
- Ability to supervise workers and manage daily production targets
- Understanding of EVA molding processes, machine operations, and production flow
- Knowledge of quality control standards and defect reduction techniques
