Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role
- Graduate in any discipline
- Married Female candidate preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Good understanding of sales processes and documentation
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team to manage schedules, meetings, and follow-ups
- Handle client inquiries, prepare quotations, and maintain customer records
- Ensure timely processing of sales orders and documentation
- Track sales data, generate reports, and maintain MIS records
- Communicate with internal departments for order execution and delivery updates
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals
- Monitor order status and resolve any issues or delays
- Support the sales team in achieving targets and business objectives
- Maintain proper filing and documentation for all sales-related activities
