This role requires managing stock levels, ensuring proper storage of materials, and maintaining accurate inventory records to support smooth business operations.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Store Incharge or in a similar role
• Gender Preference: Male
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock handling
• Familiarity with MS Excel and record-keeping systems
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and reports
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage store operations efficiently

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing materials
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
• Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification
• Ensure proper storage and handling of goods to avoid damage
• Coordinate with procurement and production teams for material requirements
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store area
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Handle documentation related to dispatch and receiving of goods
