Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Graduate (B.Com or relevant field preferred)
• Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting and finance
• Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
• Ability to prepare financial statements and reports
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and books of accounts
• Handle day-to-day accounting operations including entries, ledgers, and reconciliations
• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory filings
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Coordinate with auditors for audits and financial reviews
• Support management with financial analysis and decision-making
