We are actively seeking highly skilled and experienced Mig Welders to enhance manufacturing team in Bahadurgarh Haryana. This is an exceptional opportunity for professionals with a minimum of 2 years of experience and a relevant Diploma qualification. We have 3 immediate openings for dedicated individuals to join us in Haryana, contributing to our commitment to quality and precision.

Requirements and Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience as a Mig Welder or in a closely related fabrication role.
  • Possession of a Diploma in Welding Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MIG (Gas Metal Arc Welding – GMAW) techniques and equipment operation.
  • Ability to accurately read and interpret complex engineering blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
  • Solid understanding of various metal properties (e.g., steel, aluminum) and their specific welding requirements.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety standards and the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination, precision, and manual dexterity for intricate welding tasks.
  • Competence in operating and maintaining standard hand and power tools essential for welding and fabrication.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality MIG welding on a diverse range of materials and components, adhering strictly to project specifications.
  • Set up, adjust, and operate welding equipment, including control of gas flow, wire feed speed, and voltage settings.
  • Carefully read and interpret technical drawings, work orders, and blueprints to determine precise welding dimensions and requirements.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of finished welds to ensure compliance with quality standards, promptly rectifying any defects.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including routine maintenance of welding equipment and tools.
  • Strictly adhere to all company safety protocols, regulations, and industry best practices to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to achieve production goals and project timelines.
  • Assist in the fabrication, assembly, and finishing of metal structures, products, and components as required.
