We are hiring an experienced Plant Manager in Barhana (Beri – Sampla Road) for a manufacturing unit based in Village Barhana near to Sampla Haryana. The candidate will be responsible for handling complete plant operations including production, manpower management, and administrative work.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in sheet metal, press shop, drilling, and assembly operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall plant operations and production activities
- Handle Press Shop, Sheet Metal, Drilling & Assembly processes
- Supervise and manage shop floor manpower
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and efficiency
- Handle administrative tasks and daily plant operations
- Monitor machine performance and resolve production issues
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow
Required Experience:
- 3 to 5 years experience in manufacturing / sheet metal industry
- Strong knowledge of press shop and fabrication processes
- Experience in team handling and plant management
- Leadership and problem-solving skills required
Salary & Benefits:
- ₹50,000 per month (First 6 months)
- After 6 months: Production incentive up to ₹10,000/month
