Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Production Engineer to independently handle and manage production activities in manufacturing unit based in Barhana, near to Sampla Haryana. The candidate should have hands-on experience in sheet metal and press shop operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage all production-related activities
- Handle operations in Press Shop, Sheet Metal, Drilling, and Assembly
- Ensure smooth workflow and production efficiency
- Supervise and manage manpower on the shop floor
- Maintain quality standards and production targets
- Coordinate with different departments for timely production
- Identify and resolve production issues
Required Experience:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of sheet metal, press shop, drilling, and assembly processes
- Experience in manpower handling and shop floor management
