We are looking for a creative and experienced Footwear Designer to join manufacturing unit in Bahadurgarh. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in designing footwear products using materials like EVA, PVC, and other related compounds.
The candidate will be responsible for developing innovative designs, understanding market trends, and coordinating with production teams to ensure practical and high-quality product development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new footwear concepts based on market trends and customer requirements
- Work with materials such as EVA, PVC, rubber, and other compounds for product development
- Create design sketches, technical drawings, and specifications for production
- Coordinate with production and sampling teams for prototype development
- Ensure designs are feasible for mass production and cost-effective
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for product positioning
- Modify and improve existing designs based on feedback and performance
- Maintain proper documentation of designs, samples, and product specifications
- Ensure quality, comfort, and durability standards in all designs
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of footwear design and manufacturing processes
- Hands-on experience with EVA, PVC, and similar materials
- Creativity with a good sense of design, color, and trends
- Knowledge of design tools (CorelDRAW, AutoCAD, or similar software preferred)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Understanding of production feasibility and costing
Eligibility Criteria:
- 4 to 5 years of experience in footwear designing (mandatory)
- Experience in manufacturing environment preferred
- Diploma/Degree in Footwear Design / Fashion Design or relevant field
