We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented White Labeling Manager to join in Bahadurgarh. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end white labeling operations, coordinating with internal teams, and managing client requirements for private label or third-party branded footwear products.
This role is ideal for candidates with prior experience in the footwear industry and strong coordination and client-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete white labeling process from product development to final delivery
- Coordinate with production, packaging, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution
- Communicate with clients regarding branding, design, labeling, and product specifications
- Ensure all products meet required quality standards and client expectations
- Monitor production timelines and ensure on-time delivery
- Work closely with quality control teams to maintain consistency in product output
- Manage and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and third-party clients
- Handle documentation related to white labeling projects
- Resolve client queries and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support business growth
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of white labeling / private labeling processes
- Experience in the footwear manufacturing industry (mandatory)
- Excellent communication and client coordination skills
- Good understanding of production, packaging, and supply chain processes
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience in Footwear Industry is compulsory
- Prior experience in white labeling / production coordination preferred
- Graduate in any stream (preferred)
