We are looking for an experienced Factory Supervisor to join paper mill in Jagadhri, Yamunanagar. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily plant operations, ensuring smooth production, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the paper mill plant
• Ensure production targets are achieved efficiently
• Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance activities
• Maintain product quality as per industry standards
• Manage and guide shop floor workers and operators
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower and raw materials
• Maintain production reports and shift records
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with plant regulations

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of paper manufacturing processes
• Experience in handling paper mill machines and operations
• Leadership and team management skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Basic knowledge of reporting and MS Excel

Eligibility Criteria:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Production / related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in paper mill industry (mandatory)
