We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end logistics and transportation operations at our facility in Ateli, Mahendergarh. The ideal candidate should have strong operational knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to optimize supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily logistics and transportation operations
• Plan and coordinate dispatch, delivery schedules, and route optimization
• Monitor inventory movement and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and internal teams
• Track shipments and resolve any delivery-related issues
• Ensure compliance with transportation laws and safety standards
• Optimize logistics costs and improve efficiency
• Prepare reports on logistics performance and KPIs

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of logistics and transportation management
• Experience in handling fleet operations and vendor coordination
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
• Strong leadership and team management abilities

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in logistics and transportation
