We are looking for a dynamic Export & Import Executive to join Polymer industry in MIE Part B, Bahadurgarh. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in handling international trade operations, including import and export documentation, compliance, and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities for International Trade Operations:

• Manage end-to-end import and export operations for polymer products.

• Prepare and verify shipping and customs documents (Invoices, Packing Lists, Bill of Lading, LC, etc.).

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs authorities.

• Ensure timely clearance of shipments and adherence to international trade regulations.

• Track shipment status, deliveries, and logistics issues to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain records, reports, and compliance documents for audits.

• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and clients for seamless import/export operations.

Candidate Requirements for Import Export Operations:

• Experience: 2–3 years in Import & Export operations, preferably in the Polymer / Plastic industry.

• Strong knowledge of international trade documentation and customs regulations.

• Good understanding of shipping, freight forwarding, and logistics processes.

• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
