We are looking for an experienced Production Manager from the Automobile Fabrication Industry to oversee and manage daily production operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production processes, maintaining quality standards, and meeting production targets.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities in the fabrication unit.
Ensure production targets are achieved within the given timelines.
Monitor fabrication processes, including welding, cutting, bending, and assembly.
Maintain quality standards and ensure products meet industry specifications.
Manage and supervise shop floor workers and production staff.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and stores departments for smooth operations.
Ensure proper machine utilization and production efficiency.
Maintain production reports and documentation.
Implement safety procedures and workplace discipline.
Requirements
Education: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Automobile Fabrication / Production Management.
Good knowledge of fabrication processes and shop floor management.
Ability to handle manpower and production planning.
Basic knowledge of quality control and production reporting.
