We are looking for a MIS Executive / Data Analyst to support operations, sales, and production reporting in a Plastic & Polymer Raw Materials manufacturing setup based in Bahadurgarh. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate management reports, analyzing production, inventory, and sales data, and providing actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, maintain, and automate MIS reports related to production, inventory, sales, and procurement.
Analyze raw material usage, production efficiency, and sales trends to support decision-making.
Develop dashboards and reports using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Charts, Macros).
Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of all data and reports.
Collaborate with production, procurement, and sales teams to understand reporting needs.
Generate weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for management and operational review.
Identify gaps and suggest improvements in reporting processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
4-5 years of experience as MIS Executive, Data Analyst, or similar role in manufacturing/industrial sector.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas, Macros, Charts).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in handling large datasets and ensuring data accuracy.
Excellent communication skills to present insights to management.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of ERP systems used in manufacturing or plastics/polymer industry.
Understanding of production, inventory, and procurement processes.
Experience in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
