We are hiring a Sales Executive – to join the Cosmetics Industry in IMT Rohtak, Haryana. This role is ideal for candidates with strong English communication skills, a confident personality, and a keen interest in building a long-term career in cosmetics sales.
Candidates with prior experience in cosmetics, FMCG, or pharma sales will be preferred. A pharma background or education will be considered an added advantage. The position requires interacting with customers, promoting cosmetic products, and achieving sales targets while maintaining professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell cosmetic products to customers, retailers, and distributors
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers
Explain product features, benefits, and usage clearly
Identify new sales opportunities and market trends
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams
Maintain sales records, reports, and follow-ups
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and after-sales support
Requirements & Qualifications
Good English speaking and communication skills (mandatory)
Sales experience preferred (Cosmetics / FMCG / Pharma industry)
Pharma background or education will be an added advantage
Confident, presentable, and target-oriented personality
