We are looking for a skilled and responsible Production Supervisor to join manufacturing unit at Village Kultana near Sampla, Haryana. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily production activities, ensuring quality and safety standards, maintaining production records, and leading shop-floor teams to achieve production targets efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Directly supervise hourly production activities and shop-floor operations.
Monitor absenteeism, attendance, and time-keeping of production staff.
Ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all employees.
Evaluate and appraise workers’ performance regularly.
Reward, guide, or discipline employees in line with company policies.
Study and understand BOMs and engineering drawings.
Inspect work-in-progress and finished products as per drawings and specifications.
Recommend improvements in production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
Maintain accurate time, production, and output records.
Perform basic quality checks related to cutting, die fitting, welding, and painting work done by the team.
Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with defined production and quality standards.
Carry out other duties as assigned by management.

Educational Qualification
B.Tech or Diploma (Any discipline preferred)
Mechanical Engineering preferred
