We are looking for an experienced and proactive Packing Supervisor to join in Rohtak Haryana,  oversee daily packing operations and ensure high-quality output. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and prior experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily packing line activities to ensure smooth workflow.

• Monitor quality checks, labeling, and packaging integrity as per standards.

• Train, guide, and motivate packing staff to meet production targets.

• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality guidelines.

• Collaborate with QA, Production, and Warehouse teams for seamless operations.

• Maintain documentation and reports related to packing activities.

• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions.

Experience Required

• 3–4 years of experience in packing operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.

• Strong understanding of packing line processes and quality standards.
