We are hiring an experienced Project Manager for a leading Automobile Manufacturing Company located in Village Rohad, near Sampla (Haryana).

The ideal candidate should have 8–9 years of proven experience in handling large-scale manufacturing or automotive projects, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects within the automobile manufacturing unit.
• Coordinate with production, design, procurement, and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Develop detailed project timelines, cost estimates, and progress reports.
• Monitor project performance and take corrective actions to meet deadlines.
• Manage client communication, vendor coordination, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
• Lead regular review meetings with cross-functional teams and top management.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and MIS reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Automobile / Industrial Engineering (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 8–9 years of experience in project management in the automobile or manufacturing sector.
• Strong skills in project planning, execution, budgeting, and team management.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects under strict deadlines.
