We are looking for a skilled and proactive Production Supervisor to join Powder Coating and Teak Finish division based in Bahadurgarh, Haryana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day production activities, ensuring quality output, maintaining coating line efficiency, and leading a team of operators to meet production targets. This role demands hands-on technical knowledge of powder coating processes, teak finish applications, and surface preparation techniques used in furniture or metal fabrication industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily production operations for powder coating and teak finishing lines.

• Monitor coating quality, color consistency, adhesion, and overall finish to meet company and client standards.

• Ensure proper surface preparation, powder mixing, curing, and finishing processes are followed.

• Coordinate manpower and shift schedules to achieve production deadlines and efficiency targets.

• Conduct in-process inspections and implement corrective actions to minimize rework and wastage.

• Maintain coating booth equipment, ovens, spray guns, and ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.

• Enforce safety protocols, cleanliness, and 5S practices on the shop floor.

• Record daily production reports, material usage, and downtime data for management review.

• Train and guide coating operators, helpers, and quality checkers to maintain consistent standards.

• Work closely with the Quality and Maintenance departments to ensure smooth plant operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Paint Technology (preferred).

• 3–6 years of supervisory experience in powder coating, metal finishing, or wood finishing (teak/polish) operations.

• Good understanding of coating equipment, curing ovens, and finishing materials.

• Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining production discipline.

• Strong problem-solving, planning, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of safety practices and quality management systems.
