Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) Job in Bahadurgarh

We are hiring an experienced Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join in Automobile Showroom in Bahadurgarh, Haryana. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in customer handling, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver a great customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom with a warm and professional approach.

• Handle customer inquiries, explain showroom services, and guide them through sales or service processes.

• Maintain regular communication with customers for service follow-ups, feedback, and appointment scheduling.

• Coordinate between sales, service, and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain and update customer records & reports accurately.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention through prompt and courteous service.

• Support marketing and promotional activities inside the showroom.

• Handle escalation of customer complaints and resolve them efficiently.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Customer Relationship Executive, preferably in the automobile industry.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service mindset.

• Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools.

• Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented.
