We are hiring an experienced Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join in Automobile Showroom in Bahadurgarh, Haryana. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in customer handling, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver a great customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom with a warm and professional approach.
Handle customer inquiries, explain showroom services, and guide them through sales or service processes.
Maintain regular communication with customers for service follow-ups, feedback, and appointment scheduling.
Coordinate between sales, service, and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Maintain and update customer records & reports accurately.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention through prompt and courteous service.
Support marketing and promotional activities inside the showroom.
Handle escalation of customer complaints and resolve them efficiently.
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Customer Relationship Executive, preferably in the automobile industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service mindset.
Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented.
