We are hiring an experienced Female CRM Executive to join in Automobile Showroom in Bahadurgarh. The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in customer relationship management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer relationship activities to ensure excellent post-sales service and satisfaction.
Manage and resolve customer queries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
Maintain regular communication with existing customers for service reminders, feedback, and follow-ups.
Coordinate between sales, service, and delivery teams to ensure smooth customer experiences.
Manage customer databases, documentation, and records accurately.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and support retention initiatives.
Ensure timely follow-ups with potential leads and maintain a professional brand image.
Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, feedback, and service quality.
Requirements:
Female candidate with minimum 3 years of experience as a CRM Executive (preferably in the automobile industry).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software tools.
Positive attitude, presentable, and well-organized.
