We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to join in Village Ismaila. The candidate should have 4–5 years of experience in managing e-commerce platforms, online sales, digital promotions, and marketplace operations (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.). The role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical, analytical, and leadership skills to drive online business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.

• Plan and execute strategies to increase online sales and brand visibility.

• Handle product listings, catalog management, pricing, and promotions.

• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and customer support teams for smooth order fulfillment.

• Track and analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates.

• Manage online marketing campaigns and digital promotions.

• Resolve customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Stay updated with e-commerce trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Business, or related field

• 4–5 years of proven experience in e-commerce management

• Strong knowledge of marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and website management

• Good command over Excel, reporting tools, and digital marketing basics

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and achieve business targets
