Female Telecaller job in Sec. 6 Bahadurgarh Haryana

We are seeking a female Telecaller with at least 1 year of experience to join in Bahadurgarh (Sector-6). The candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle customer calls effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain company products/services clearly and convincingly.
• Handle inbound inquiries professionally and resolve customer queries.
• Maintain call records, leads, and follow-up details.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

• Female candidate only.
• Minimum 1 year of telecalling/customer handling experience.
• Good communication skills in Hindi (English will be an added advantage).
• Confident, polite, and persuasive personality.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel) preferred.
