Factory Supervisor Job in Puth Khurad Near to Bawana Industrial Area, Delhi

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Factory Supervisor with at least 2 years of experience in handling factory operations. The candidate should be capable of managing manpower, overseeing production activities, and ensuring quality standards. The role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily factory operations and production activities.
• Manage and allocate work to factory staff and workers.
• Monitor workflow to ensure timely completion of production targets.
• Ensure safety guidelines and company policies are followed on the shop floor.
• Maintain proper records of attendance, production, and dispatch.
• Coordinate with management for material requirements and inventory control.
• Inspect finished goods for quality standards.
• Handle loading, unloading, and dispatch supervision.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Factory Supervisor or similar role.
