Dispatch Executive Job In Sec. 17 Bahadurgarh Haryana
We are looking for an experienced and organized Dispatch Executive to manage and coordinate dispatch operations in Bahadurgarh. The ideal candidate must have 2–3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or supply chain management, with strong coordination skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule dispatches as per order requirements.
Coordinate with warehouse, production, and transport teams for timely deliveries.
Prepare dispatch documents such as invoices, e-way bills, challans, and packing lists.
Track and monitor vehicle movements and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Maintain proper records of all dispatches and daily reports.
Handle third-party logistics and follow up with transporters.
Ensure compliance with dispatch and safety protocols.
Communicate with customers regarding dispatch status and delivery schedules.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of dispatch procedures and documentation.
Familiarity with e-way bill generation and logistics systems.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of Excel and ERP or inventory software.
Good communication and team management ability.
