CRM Executive Job In MIE Part A Bahadurgarh Haryana
We are looking for a smart, confident, and experienced CRM Executive (Female) to join in Bahadurgarh. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in managing customer relationships using CRM tools. She will be responsible for maintaining strong customer connections, handling client inquiries, and ensuring excellent service and communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain customer relationships via phone, email, and CRM tools.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Update and manage customer data in the CRM system regularly.
Follow up with customers for inquiries, service updates, and feedback.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Generate reports related to customer interactions, lead follow-up, and support resolution.
Assist in customer retention strategies and promotional campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience working in a CRM role.
Graduate in any discipline.
Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
