CNC Machine Operator Job in Bahadurgarh Haryana

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in operating CNC machines. The candidate should be familiar with reading technical drawings, loading programs, and ensuring accurate machining of components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC Turning / Milling / VMC / other CNC machines as per production requirements

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and job instructions

• Load machine programs and set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces

• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed

• Inspect finished components using measuring instruments like vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.

• Maintain proper records of work and ensure quality standards

• Follow safety and maintenance procedures for machinery

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in CNC machine operation

• Skills:

  • Knowledge of CNC programming basics is a plus

  • Ability to use measuring instruments accurately

  • Understanding of machine shop safety practices

• Work Ethic: Reliable, disciplined, and quality-focused

• Teamwork: Ability to coordinate with supervisors and production staff

Educational Qualification:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, Machinist, or relevant trade

• Additional CNC certification or hands-on training preferred
