MIS Executive Job in Bahadurgarh Haryana
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented MIS Executive with at least 2 years of experience to join in Sec 17, Bahadurgarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and analyzing data, generating reports, and supporting the management team with actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, manage, and analyze data from various departments
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Maintain dashboards and prepare performance summaries
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data reporting
- Assist in decision-making by providing data-driven insights
- Work closely with the accounts, operations, and admin teams
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements
- Handle confidential data with integrity
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BCA, or related fields preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in MIS or similar role
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.)
- Knowledge of Google Sheets, ERP, or CRM systems is a plus
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple reports and meet deadlines
