Plating Supervisor Job in Surya Nagar Bahadurgarh Haryana

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Plating Supervisor to manage  Tin, Nickel, and Silver barrel plating operations for sheet metal components. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in electroplating processes, be well-versed in chemical handling, and have proven team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the day-to-day plating operations, specifically in Tin, Nickel, and Silver barrel plating.

• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of chemicals, salts, and plating solutions.

• Monitor plating parameters such as temperature, pH, current density, and bath composition.

• Prepare and maintain plating process reports and inspection documentation.

• Use inspection equipment (like micrometers, coating thickness gauges, etc.) to check plating quality.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer specifications.

• Lead, train, and manage a plating team to achieve daily production and quality targets.

• Coordinate with the quality and maintenance departments for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 5–15 years in barrel plating of sheet metal components.

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of plating chemistry, process control, and troubleshooting.

• Leadership: Ability to build, train, and manage a team effectively.

• Quality Orientation: Familiar with inspection tools and capable of preparing process and QC reports.

• Education: Diploma/ITI/Graduate in Chemical/Mechanical/Surface Finishing or related field.
