Store Executive Job in Sec. 17 Bahadurgarh
We are hiring a Store Executive with at least 3 years of experience in managing stores in a manufacturing setup. The candidate must have good working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel, and be capable of handling inventory, documentation, and store coordination effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the day-to-day operations of the store including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in Tally ERP and update stock reports in Excel.
- Coordinate with the purchase and production departments for timely material movement.
- Prepare inward/outward material documentation and GRNs.
- Monitor stock levels and generate reorder alerts.
- Assist in physical stock verification and reporting discrepancies, if any.
- Maintain cleanliness and systematic arrangement of store items.
Requirements:
- Graduate (Commerce/Logistics background preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in store operations in a manufacturing company.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate functions).
- Good understanding of inventory and documentation processes.
- Ability to work in a team and coordinate with internal departments.
- Basic communication skills and attention to detail.
