Quality Manager Job In Village Barhana Near Sampla Haryana
We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality assurance and control operations at automobile manufacturing unit located in Barhana Village, near Sampla (Haryana). The ideal candidate must have a strong background in quality management systems within the automobile industry and the ability to lead a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) in accordance with IATF 16949/ISO standards.
- Monitor and analyze product quality performance and process deviations.
- Lead internal and external audits, including customer and third-party audits.
- Identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with production, design, and supply chain teams to ensure product quality
- Train and mentor the quality team to uphold high standards.
- Maintain documentation related to quality checks, test reports, and inspection processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the automobile manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (FMEA, SPC, PPAP, APQP, 7 QC tools, etc.).
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and MS Office.
